"This feature has been disabled by your administrator" error in Office 2013

This situation sometimes happens with the new installation of ms office 2013.

How to fix :

Open registry Editor  (regedit)

In Registry Editor, locate and then click the following subkey:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Internet

Locate and then double-click the following value: 

UseOnlineContent 

In the Value Data box, type 2, and then click OK

Locate and then click the following subkey:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\SignIn
Locate and then double-click the following value:

SignInOptions

In the Value Data box, type 0, and then click OK.

Exit Registry Editor
